    The management needs to improve their handling of reservation details!!! I encountered incorrect information regarding my breakfast inclusion with unnecessary frustration. The UK socket placement in the room is inconvenient!!!

    Really good service, beautiful accommodation, with an excellent breakfast experience with some of the best pancakes I've ever tasted at the restaurant.

    Staff were very dedicated at any hour!!

    Everything was perfect, so were great views of Doha's skyline Lovely atmosphere. Its location was indeed magnificent and perfect and only 5 minutes walk from City Centre Mall. This hotel was in an amazing area near Jean Georges Contemporary European restaurant, the outlets everyone paid attention to the details and night club and resturent.

    Service was excellent and staff were friendly.

    I was disappointed with the interior design. It was way too dark and uncomfortable. The breakfast options were limited and the quality did not meet hotel standards. There were issues with the TV not being smart, leaving us with no entertainment options for our family.

    The hotel accommodation and the staff are very good.

    The location is still under construction and is difficult to find a taxi, and you should take always the hotel cars which are very expensive if you compare it with the normal taxi (3 times more) even if you want to make a small trip.

    the hotel interior design and staff are excellent. The roo is very clean and moderen

    There are no taxi outside most of the time and have to use limo which is 3-4 times the taxi rate. Also, the lounge for rooms in floor 13+ smell somking need refreshing

    I like that coffee is available within reach & for free. Hotel staff were nice, friendly & multilingual. The W word meaning for the hotel is really good. Ipod dock is available which is good if you want to listen to your own music. Car rent is fabulous.

    The staff really made my stay enjoyable with their thoughtful touches, like sending up complimentary drinks to my room and the warm welcome at check-in. The hotel offers a fantastic spa with soothing massages and an outdoor pool perfect for unwinding. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, but that didn't take away from the overall great experience. 😊
